Associate Literary Agent Eli Keren is judging the Page Turner 2023 Writing Award in the hope of finding new writers to represent!
Eli started his literary career at Curtis Brown before moving over to United Agents in 2016, where he started to build his own list of clients in 2019.
He now represents clients in both fiction and non-fiction, focussing on bold new voices, books with something interesting to say and ideas that are going to change the world for the better in some way.
Before he started working in books, he was a research scientist designing and synthesizing novel drugs (white coat and everything), and science books remain a particular passion of his. He’s also looking for LGBT-themed books in both fiction and non-fiction.
I’m looking for books that have something bold and urgent to say about the world we live in, commercial stories with a strong hook and a novel concept, and mysteries that keep me guessing until the final pages.
